Returns and exchanges, handled simply. Tell us what happened, choose what you'd like to do, and we'll take it from there.
7-day window. Raise your request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. All requests are reviewed by our warehouse before approval.
Key terms before you start โพ
- For any wrong, damaged, missing or tampered claim, a complete unedited unboxing video (all sides + shipping label, one continuous take) is mandatory for verification.
- Items must be unused, unworn, tags intact, in original packaging โ subject to warehouse inspection.
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same piece. If your requested size is unavailable, we issue a credit note for the same amount.
- โน150 fee applies to voluntary returns & exchanges. Free if the fault is ours โ wrong size, wrong product, or damage caused by us.
- Refunds are issued as store credit (credit note), valid 12 months. Want a different product? Choose Return, then shop anything with your credit.
